I am an experienced digital product and service designer with many years managing teams and obsessing over craft as an individual contributor.

I strongly believe in using the power of design to solve complex problems and create meaningful experiences for users. My passion for utilizing proven design methods, including research, co-creation with clients, and validating with end-users, is evident in my work, where I consistently add value to user experiences and product strategy.

My previous roles in IT and Product Management have provided me with a strong foundation in digital delivery. However, I subsequently discovered that my true passion lies in human-centered design. This field allows me to fully utilize and explore my creative potential as both a designer and a leader.

As a hands-on Design Director, I am comfortable engaging with the intricacies of interaction design and broadening scope to strategize. Collaboration plays an essential role in my work ethic; I place great value on working closely with development teams and business stakeholders.
